Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 Plus is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, having a 78.1 score against 77.2. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 Plus has an older 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo. Galaxy S5 Plus is an noticeably older phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, but Samsung was able to build it just a little bit thinner and way lighter.
Galaxy S5 Plus features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a little bit greater screen density. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a much bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Galaxy S5 Plus features just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has less processing cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a superior battery life than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy S5 Plus has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a smaller camera sensor taking lower quality videos and images and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures and videos in low light environments, it also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
