Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 II is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, with a 91 score against 77.2. These phones come with Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 1 II has 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Sony Xperia 1 II is a newer phone, and it's also a little thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro.
Xperia 1 II features a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840, a much better pixel number per screen inch and a bit bigger display. The Sony Xperia 1 II features a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB and more internal memory capacity.
Xperia 1 II has just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 1 II also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Sony Xperia 1 II has a battery duration that's very similar to the battery lifetime in Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro.
Xperia 1 II shoots much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the Xperia 1 II also has a way better video quality, a larger camera aperture for better photos in low light situations and a lot larger sensor providing a way higher image quality.
