Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has an overall score of 77.2, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 general score. These phones use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo, giving you some nice extra features and performance optimizations. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is a newer cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it's a little heavier and a little thicker.
