The Apple iPhone 14 Plus is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, having a 92.2 score against 80.3. Although the Apple iPhone 14 Plus is just a little bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, it's just a little thinner and way newer. The iPhone 14 Plus has just a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because it has a better resolution of 1284 x 2778, a little bigger screen and a just a little more pixels per inch of display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with a much better memory for applications and games than iPhone 14 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
