The Google Pixel 5 design is newer, a little bit thinner and lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Google Pixel 5 features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Google Pixel 5 also counts with a just a bit greater pixel count in each inch in the display.
