Comparison review
LG Velvet has an overall score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's global score of 80.3. The LG Velvet body is newer, just a little bit lighter and a little thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and LG Velvet count with quite similar screens, because although the LG Velvet has a just a bit worse display pixel density, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2460.
The LG Velvet features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG Velvet also has more RAM. The LG Velvet features a much better storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG Velvet also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Velvet has just a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because it has a 4300mAh battery size against 4000mAh. The LG Velvet's camera is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's camera, and although the LG Velvet has a much better 3840x2160 video definition, they both have the same aperture, a same resolution back camera and the same camera sensor size.
