Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, getting a global score of 81.2 against 80.3. Samsung Galaxy Note 3's construction is just a little lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, but it's just a bit thicker and was released 5 years before. Galaxy Note 3 has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, a just a bit lower pixel density and a little bit smaller display.
The Galaxy Note 3 features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 takes much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a lot larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images and video in low-light situations, a camera with much more MP and faster video frame rates.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with much more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB and more internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 25 percent larger battery size.
