Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has an overall score of 81.2, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021's 76.7 global score. These phones work with Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has 13 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 has Android 11 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate design is newer, but thicker and incredibly heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 has a much better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 features a bit more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a bit smaller display, a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a little lower screen density.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, because it has a 50 percent larger battery size.
Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate counts with a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, because it has a lot better 7680x4320 video definition, a much bigger sensor and a more megapixels back facing camera.
