The Moto G51 5G has a score of 77.8, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021's 76.7 score. Even being the best phone in this review, we must highlight that it's also a little heavier and a little thicker. These phones use the same Android 11 OS. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 has just a bit better looking display than Motorola Moto G51 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bit better pixel density.
Moto G51 5G counts with a better storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the Moto G51 5G also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Moto G51 5G features a processor that's just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021's processor, they have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
The Moto G51 5G counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same aperture, the Moto G51 5G also has better 240 frames per second video frame rates and a more mega-pixels back-facing camera. The Motorola Moto G51 5G counts with superior battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, because it has a 25 percent bigger battery size.
