Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M51 is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, having an 87.7 score against 76.7. Both phones we compare here work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M51 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 has Android 11. Even being the best phone in this review, Samsung Galaxy M51's body is heavier and thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021.
Galaxy M51 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy M51 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy M51, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
The Galaxy M51 counts with a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy M51 also has a much better 64 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way better video definition.
The Galaxy M51 features a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, because it has an external SD slot that admits up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory.
