The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an overall score of 90.6, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021's 76.7 general score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 were released with only a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3's body is much thinner but extremely heavier. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 has just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, because although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 has a greater camera than Galaxy Z Fold 3, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better low light photos and videos and a lot better 48 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
