Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 3 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, with a global score of 80.7 against 71.1. The Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 operating system, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro counts with Android operating system. The Galaxy Note 3 is an noticeably older device than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, but it is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a processing unit that is very similar to the CPU in Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, it also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, although it has a quite smaller screen, a just a bit worse pixels density and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro features more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Galaxy Note 3 has a very superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, although it has a lot smaller back camera sensor providing a way lower image quality and a smaller camera aperture, they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro features a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy Note 3 is a little more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
