Comparison review
Huawei Mate 10 Pro is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, with a score of 79.2 against 75.6. Even though Huawei Mate 10 Pro is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, it's body is just a little thinner and lighter. Huawei Mate 10 Pro counts with a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T and the Huawei Mate 10 Pro have extremely similar screens, although the Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a little bit smaller screen, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a just a little lower pixel number in each display inch. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a quite bigger storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T captures much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T also counts with a lot bigger sensor providing a way better image quality and a much more megapixels back facing camera.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro's battery performance is very similar to the battery performance in Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T.
