Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has an overall score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T's 75.6 overall score. These devices come with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 lite has older 8.1 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Huawei Mate 20 lite is an older phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, but Huawei was able to make it somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.
Huawei Mate 20 lite features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a greater amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T and Huawei Mate 20 lite feature quite similar screens, they have a better amount of pixels per inch in the display, the same 1080 x 2340px resolution and a same size display.

Huawei Mate 20 lite features a very superior storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T features a little better battery duration than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a 7 percent greater battery capacity.
