Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite has a score of 79.5, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T's score of 75.6. Huawei P40 Lite's construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, but it's just a little lighter. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Lite has 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei P40 Lite has a display that's very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T one, because although the Huawei P40 Lite has a just a little worse pixel number per display inch and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2310px, it also counts with a little larger display. Huawei P40 Lite counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei P40 Lite also has more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T features a little bit better camera than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have a 0.5 inches sensor, the same resolution back facing camera and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T also has a much higher video quality. The Huawei P40 Lite has more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The Huawei P40 Lite has a bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
