Comparison review
LG Q70 has an overall score of 77.9, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T's overall score of 75.6. Both devices in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but LG Q70 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has Android 9.0 Pie version. LG Q70 is a a bit thinner and just a little lighter phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, although they were only released 7 months apart.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T and the LG Q70 have very similar processing units, and although the LG Q70 has more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has a slightly better display than LG Q70, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a quite higher screen pixel density.
LG Q70 features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. The LG Q70's battery life is very similar to the battery life in Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than LG Q70, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T also has a much bigger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photographs and a camera with lot more megapixels.
