The Samsung Galaxy A40 has a score of 79.6, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T's 75.6 score. Although Samsung Galaxy A40 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T were released with only 6 months difference, Samsung Galaxy A40 is just a little thinner and notably lighter. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A40 has 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has Android 9.0 Pie.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T counts with a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A40, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
