Comparison review
The Galaxy Note7 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, getting a overall score of 79.5 against 75.6. The Galaxy Note7 is an way older phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, but it is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner anyway. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with more cores (although they are slower).
Galaxy Note7 features just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy Note7 has a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits up to 256 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note7 also has 32 GB more internal memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note7, because it has a 14 percent greater battery size. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T also counts with a back camera with much more MP and a bigger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
