Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, having an 80.9 score against 75.6. Both devices in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has the older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's body is noticeably lighter but just a little thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features a greater hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 3 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also has a graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with a much sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S6 Active, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T also has a larger camera aperture for better low light photography and video, a much bigger sensor and a back-facing camera with a lot better 48 MP resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. Both of them have equal internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has just a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
