Comparison review
The Xperia XZs is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, having a 77.2 score against 75.6. The Xperia XZs construction is lighter and a little thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T and the Xperia XZs feature similar screens, because although the Xperia XZs has a bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel density.
Sony Xperia XZs's memory to store more apps and games is very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T one, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has a bit more powerful CPU than Xperia XZs, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with 4 more processing cores.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T counts with a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZs, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh. Xperia XZs takes much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photography and videos, a much less megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a smaller camera sensor taking lower quality pictures and videos.
