Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9T is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, with a score of 82.2 against 75.6. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 9T has older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has Android 9.0 Pie. Although Xiaomi Mi 9T and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T were released with only a couple months difference, Xiaomi Mi 9T's body is a little thicker but also a bit lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T.
The Xiaomi Mi 9T counts with a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because although it has a just a little lower count of pixels per inch in the display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 9T also counts with a little bit larger display. Xiaomi Mi 9T counts with a bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi 9T has a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi 9T also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T and the Xiaomi Mi 9T have extremely similar batteries performance. The Xiaomi Mi 9T takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T. Both have the same resolution back camera, the same 30 fps video frame rate, a F1.8 aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a same size back-facing camera sensor.
