Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, with a global score of 77.2 against 75.6. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has an older 8.1 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has Android 9.0 Pie version. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro's design is a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, even though it was released only 10 months before.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, although it has a quite lower pixel density and a bit worse 1080 x 2280 resolution, they both have a display with the same size.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro also has 64 GB internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a battery duration that is very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T one.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T captures much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a much better 3840x2160 video definition, a much more megapixels back camera, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in poorly lited environments and a much bigger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
