Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 3a XL, having an 81.1 score against 78.9. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro design is newer than Google Pixel 3a XL's, although it's incredibly heavier and a bit thicker. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has the previous 10 version while Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features just a little better processing power than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has more RAM memory. Google Pixel 3a XL features a display that is very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro one, because although the Google Pixel 3a XL has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots way better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a lot larger sensor shooting way better quality photos and a lot more MP back facing camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has better battery duration than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 36% more battery size.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 3a XL. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, else you can save some dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3a XL, letting go some features and specs.
