Google Pixel 5 has an overall score of 89, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's 81.1 score. Even though Google Pixel 5 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro were released only 5 months apart, Google Pixel 5 is thinner and much lighter. Google Pixel 5 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit lower 1080 x 2340px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better quantity of pixels in each inch in the display.
Google Pixel 5 features just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Google Pixel 5 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light captures and video and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a lot better 64 MP resolution camera in the back and a much larger camera sensor taking lot better quality photos.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features more storage for games and applications than Google Pixel 5, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has better battery duration than Google Pixel 5, because it has a 23 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
