The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has an overall score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than the HTC One M9's global score of 77.7. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has 10 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro body is incredibly newer and just a little thinner than the HTC One M9's, but it is also much heavier.
The HTC One M9 features a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a way smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels in each inch of display. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a very superior memory to install games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The HTC One M9 features just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an extra graphics processing unit. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much better camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a way better 64 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera, a larger aperture for better low-light images and videos and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a very superior battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One M9. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC One M9, resigning some features and specs.
