The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is slightly better than HTC U23 Pro, getting a score of 81.1 against 77.8. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has the previous 10 version while HTC U23 Pro has Android 13.
