Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has an overall score of 81.1, which is a bit better than the Huawei Nova 9's score of 81. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has the older 10 version and Huawei Nova 9 has Android 11. Despite being the best phone in this review, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is an older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker phone than Huawei Nova 9.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Huawei Nova 9 feature very similar displays, although the Huawei Nova 9 has a bit smaller screen, a little bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little less pixels per inch of screen. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has more memory to install games and applications than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB.
Huawei Nova 9 features a bit better processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Nova 9 also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has superior battery life than Huawei Nova 9, because it has a 17 percent greater battery size. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei Nova 9, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a lot better 64 mega pixels resolution back camera.
