The Huawei P30 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, with an 81.7 score against 81.1. The Huawei P30 body is somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although it was released about 13 months before. Both phones in this comparison review use the same Android 10 OS (operating system).
Huawei P30 counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher pixels density. Huawei P30 features a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. They have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a greater storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei P30, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a superior battery performance than Huawei P30, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro takes clearer pictures and videos than Huawei P30, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking pictures and videos in low light situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same camera sensor size, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a lot more megapixels camera in the back.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Huawei P30, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, letting go some specifications.
