Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has an overall score of 81.1, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface Duo's global score of 78.8. Both devices in our current comparison work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro and Microsoft Surface Duo were released with only a couple months difference, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro construction is somewhat lighter but also notably thicker.
The Microsoft Surface Duo features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because it has a better resolution of 1800 x 2700, a bigger display and a little bit more pixels per inch of display. The Microsoft Surface Duo has a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro takes much better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a back camera with a much higher resolution and a bigger aperture to capture better images in low-light environments.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 40% more battery size.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is also very cheap compared to the other phones, making this phone a no doubt choice.
