Motorola One 5G has a general score of 84.6, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's 81.1 global score. Motorola One 5G's design has the same thickness than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, but it is a little lighter. Motorola One 5G features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a same size screen, the Motorola One 5G also has a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2520 and a little bit more pixels per inch of screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with just a little better hardware performance than Motorola One 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Motorola One 5G features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has just a bit better camera than Motorola One 5G, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a camera with lot more megapixels and a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality.

Although Motorola One 5G is a better device, it is more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola One 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, giving up some features and specifications.
