Motorola One 5G Ace has a general score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's 81.1 global score. The Motorola One 5G Ace is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, it must be told that it's also a somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier phone. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a little faster processor than Motorola One 5G Ace, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Motorola One 5G Ace features a screen that's very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro one, both of them have a display with the same size, the same display density and exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Motorola One 5G Ace features a greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Motorola One 5G Ace also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1 TB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro takes much better photos and videos than Motorola One 5G Ace, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and video in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with a way better 64 MP resolution.

Although Motorola One 5G Ace is a better device, it costs more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
