Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a global score of 81.1, which is slightly better than the OnePlus 8 UW's general score of 75.9. Even being the best we compare here, it must be told that it's also somewhat heavier and thicker. These phones use the same Android 10 OS (operating system). The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
OnePlus 8 UW has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2400, the OnePlus 8 UW also counts with a just a little higher quantity of pixels in each screen inch. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots slightly better photos and videos than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light captures and worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a larger camera sensor and a much more MP camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a greater storage capacity for apps and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features greater battery duration than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has a 17% larger battery size.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is also by far the cheapest one.
