Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is slightly better than Galaxy A33 5G, with an 81.1 score against 77.8. Even being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is an older, somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone than Galaxy A33 5G. These phones use Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has the previous 10 version and Galaxy A33 5G has Android 12.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A33 5G, because although it has a little bit lower display pixels density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a little bigger display. The Galaxy A33 5G features a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1 TB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a way better performance than Samsung Galaxy A33 5G. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G's battery performance is very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro one, although the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G has a 0% lower battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro takes a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking images or videos in low light environments, it also counts with a lot better 64 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
