Comparison review
The Galaxy Fold is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, getting a 97.6 score against 81.1. Although Galaxy Fold and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy Fold design is much thinner but also heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10 version, so it provides a lot of extra features.
Galaxy Fold counts with a screen that is just as good as the screen in Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although the Galaxy Fold has a bit worse display pixels density, it also counts with a little bit bigger display and a quite better resolution of 1536 x 2152. The Galaxy Fold counts with just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM.
Galaxy Fold has a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a superior camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a much tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures or video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a way bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs and a lot more mega pixels camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a bit superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has a 15 percent larger battery size.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Fold, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, letting go a couple features and specs.
