Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, having a general score of 98 against 81.1. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, but it is just a bit heavier. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10, so it provides the user some nice extra features and optimized performance.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a higher number of pixels per screen inch and a bit larger screen. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor providing a worse image quality, it also counts with a larger aperture to take better low-light photos, a much better video resolution and a back camera with a way higher resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery lifetime is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's battery lifetime, although the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a 0 percent lower battery size.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, letting go some specifications.
