Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S22 has an overall score of 93.4, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's 81.1 global score. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S22 has 13 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10, providing the user a couple additional features and performance improvements. Samsung Galaxy S22's design is newer, lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro.
Galaxy S22 features a much sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher quantity of pixels in each inch of screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a quite bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S22, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy S22 features a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S22 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy S22 has a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a back facing camera with a lot worse resolution, it also counts with a lot higher video quality, a bigger sensor taking better quality pictures and a larger camera aperture to take better low-light photos.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S22, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity against 3700mAh.
Although Galaxy S22 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S22, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, letting go some specifications.
