Samsung Galaxy S25 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, having a general score of 82.6 against 81.1. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 has newer 14 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10, giving you a couple nice extra features and performance improvements. The Samsung Galaxy S25 is a noticeably thinner and extremely lighter cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a much powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
