Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S4, with a overall score of 81.1 against 79. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a notably newer phone than Samsung Galaxy S4, but it's somewhat thicker and much heavier. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a more recent 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides you lots of additional features.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and 4 more CPU cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a superior storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S4, because it has a larger aperture to take better captures and video in low light situations, a way more megapixels back camera, a way bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality photos and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S4. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S4, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
