Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S7, getting a score of 81.1 against 79.5. Although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7, it is extremely heavier and somewhat thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S7 features an incredibly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and more pixels per inch of display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that admits up to 512 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a superior battery life than Galaxy S7, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro captures greater pictures and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a much larger sensor providing a much better image quality and a camera with much more MP.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S7, giving up some specifications.
