Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S9 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, with an 83.3 score against 81.1. Samsung Galaxy S9 is an way older phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, but Samsung managed to build it a little thinner and noticeably lighter anyway. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a better screen density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a little bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S9, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy S9 counts with a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has a much smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photographs or videos in low-light situations and worse video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with a much better resolution and a way bigger sensor which gives a much better image and video quality.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a superior battery duration than Galaxy S9, because it has a 67% greater battery size.
Galaxy S9 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest one, which makes this phone a great choice.
