Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, with an 81.1 score against 79.8. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's body is notably newer, but thicker and just a little heavier than Sony Xperia XZ Premium. Xperia XZ Premium has a way better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840 and a lot better display pixel density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a bit more storage to store more apps and games than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xperia XZ Premium features a CPU that's very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro one, and although the Xperia XZ Premium has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much better camera than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a back camera with a way better resolution, a way larger camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality and a bigger camera aperture.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a way better battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 3230mAh.
