The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, getting a overall score of 81.1 against 77.5. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro design is noticeably newer and just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2's, but it's also thicker. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a little larger screen, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little better pixels density.

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a bit bigger memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB against 512 GB, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
