Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having a score of 89 against 76.6. Even when the Google Pixel 5 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 were released only a few months apart, the Google Pixel 5 is thinner and incredibly lighter. Google Pixel 5 counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340px resolution, the Google Pixel 5 also counts with a quite better display pixel density.
The Google Pixel 5 has a slightly bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Google Pixel 5 has just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel 5 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for taking pictures in low light situations and slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor and a lot higher 48 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 5, because it has a 23% greater battery size.
Google Pixel 5 costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
