Comparison review
The LG Q8 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a 77.2 score against 76.6. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS, but the LG Q8 has newer 7.0 Nougat version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, providing you some additional features. Despite of the fact that LG Q8 is much older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's body is somewhat thinner and notably lighter.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a bit better performance than LG Q8, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (but slower). LG Q8 features a better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a higher display pixels density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 captures just a bit better photos and videos than LG Q8, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the same aperture and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a much larger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures and a back-facing camera with much more MP.
LG Q8 has a very superior memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a way better battery life than LG Q8, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
