Comparison review
The Motorola Edge (2022) is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a general score of 84.7 against 76.6. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge (2022) has the newer 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. The Motorola Edge (2022) is a notably newer cellphone, and it is also somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9.
The Motorola Edge (2022) has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a larger amount of RAM. Motorola Edge (2022) has a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a quite larger screen, a bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
Motorola Edge (2022) has slightly more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory. Motorola Edge (2022)'s battery life is very similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's battery performance, although the Motorola Edge (2022) has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 5020mAh.
The Motorola Edge (2022) has a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back-facing camera with a higher resolution.
Motorola Edge (2022) is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
