Motorola razr (2020) is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with an 87 score against 76.6. Motorola razr (2020)'s design is somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, even though both of them were released only 5 months apart. These phones have Android operating system, but Motorola razr (2020) has a newer 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version, so it provides some extra features.
The Motorola razr (2020) has a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola razr (2020) also has 5 GB more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features just a bit better display than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a bit greater number of pixels in each inch in the display, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a quite bigger screen.

Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
