Comparison review
The Nokia XR20 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a general score of 80.8 against 76.6. Although Nokia XR20 is newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's somewhat thicker and a lot heavier. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Nokia XR20 has a more recent 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, providing a lot of extra features.
Nokia XR20 has a slightly better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little lower number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little bigger screen. Nokia XR20 has a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Nokia XR20 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Nokia XR20, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the same video definition and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a larger camera sensor.
The Nokia XR20 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Nokia XR20, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity against 4630mAh.
Although Nokia XR20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
