Comparison review
OnePlus 8 Pro is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, getting a 77.2 score against 76.6. OnePlus 8 Pro's construction has the same weight than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but it's a bit thinner. The OnePlus 8 Pro features an incredibly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a quite bigger screen, more pixels per inch in the screen and a better 1440 x 3168 resolution.
OnePlus 8 Pro has slightly more memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
OnePlus 8 Pro has a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a same size aperture and a same resolution back camera, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a much larger back-facing camera sensor and a way better (4K) video definition. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features just a little better battery duration than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has an 11 percent greater battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy OnePlus 8 Pro, otherwise you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, letting go a couple features and specifications.
