Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a bit better than Galaxy A6, getting a 76.6 score against 75.8. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Galaxy A6. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2340, a better screen density and a bigger display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a bit better performance than Galaxy A6. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a slightly better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits 272 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for taking images or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos and a lot more MP back-facing camera.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A6. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy A6, resigning a couple features and specifications.
