Galaxy A70 has a global score of 76.9, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's global score of 76.6. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding operating system features. Even though Galaxy A70 is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's body is somewhat thinner and just a little lighter.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 and the Samsung Galaxy A70 count with similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy A70 has a little worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a bit larger display and a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. Samsung Galaxy A70 has a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy A70 has a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy A70 also has more RAM memory. Although Samsung Galaxy A70 is a better device, it is a bit more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
